Plan for Organizing and Hosting a Business Breakfast
Client: CREDITEXPRESS Ukraine LLC
Marketing Consulting Group developed a plan for CREDITEXPRESS Ukraine LLC to host conferences and business breakfast meetings with its clients.
The consultants' objectives were:
- To find a meeting topic that would be interesting to the company's key clients and to source speakers.
- To develop a detailed event framework.
We achieved these objectives by conducting expert interviews with representatives from the banking and financial sectors, as well as with specialists in organizing such PR events.
Results
The consultants developed a detailed framework for the meeting, providing justification for the number of participants, venue, timing, and theme. They also identified the necessary preparatory work for the event, including brand-aligned support for the participant invitation process.
MCG representatives attended the first business breakfast. The event was a great success, leaving both participants and organizers satisfied.
