Company image research
The purpose of the research: to develop recommendations for the management of the visual identity of a company that supplies medical equipment in Ukraine.
MCG analysts conducted a series of in-depth interviews with two types of audiences, for each of which a separate interview guide was developed.
The following were conducted:
- interviews with the company's clients,
- interviews with employees and management.
Research results
The result of this research was the characteristics of the company's brand, in particular its internal and external image, visual identity. It was also possible to get insights into the buying/selling process, choosing a client, etc.
The customer received a report presentation with an analysis of the company's current image and recommendations for further building the brand and forming a visual identity.
In addition, as a bonus, the customer was prepared with recommendations on the possible development of corporate culture.
