Primary Project Objective:
To prepare a list of actions for the company's management to achieve a leading position in the turbo service segment in Ukraine.
The specialists at Marketing Consulting Group performed a comprehensive project consisting of three stages

- Competitor analysis
- Development of a marketing strategy
As a result of the audit, the company's strengths and weaknesses were analyzed, its capacities and opportunities were assessed, and the effectiveness of its advertising policy was examined.
Following the competitive review, the client received answers to the following questions:
- Which companies primarily represent the turbine repair/sales market?
- How do competitors position themselves?
- What are the timelines and prices offered by competitors for their services?
- Is there a clearly defined leader in this segment?
- What verbal and visual presentation methods would be most effective for the client's company?
As a result of the "mystery shopper" study, the service level of competitors was evaluated.
In the final output, the marketing strategy, the company's mission, goals, and values were described, along with its target audience and communication strategy. A tactical action plan was developed to achieve the company's objectives.
