To gather information, the MCG team applied the following methods

  1. Expert interviews, where the selected experts were Ukrainian scientists who attend international forums and seminars on energy development or participate in the construction of energy facilities in other countries.
  2. Analysis of secondary information sources: the internet and specialized publications in the energy industry.

Research Process and Results

  • During the expert interviews, a list of countries planning the development of high-voltage networks and the construction of new substations was compiled. Additionally, the experts provided valuable insights into the challenges a Ukrainian manufacturer would face when entering foreign markets and how to find customers in other countries.
  • During the desk research, a database of companies in foreign countries—potential customers for busbar supports—was prepared.
