Ukraine Market Readiness Analysis for Escrow Service Implementation
Client: Willow's S.A.
Marketing Consulting Group specialists conducted marketing research of the Ukrainian services market to ascertain its readiness for the introduction of an escrow service (conditional deposit service).
To achieve this goal, the following research and analytical tasks were performed:
- Analysis of online information, utilization of data from previously conducted studies
- Interviews with three groups of potential clients:
- individuals who purchase goods/services and make deals on sites like olx.ua and ria.com
- freelancers
- companies that work with freelancers and contractors without formal agreements
One of the important tasks of the marketing research was to identify the risks or inconveniences perceived by the potential audience, as well as to determine the audience most interested in this service and to describe the profile of a potential buyer.
Results
- The readiness of the Ukrainian market was ascertained, and the conditions for its implementation were described.
- A profile of the potential buyer of the escrow service in Ukraine was compiled.
- Recommendations were provided for introducing the new service to the Ukrainian market.
