Research Objectives

  • To assess the attractiveness of the "Artzavod Platforma" site in Kyiv for the construction of a new sports and entertainment complex with extreme recreation activities
  • To assess the market prospects of such a project

To achieve the research objectives, the following work stages were completed:

  1. Reviewed competitors and the types of entertainment and active recreation they offer in Kyiv city and Kyiv region
  2. Determined the size of the target audience
  3. Identified consumer preferences of the target audience for the specific location of the complex, and determined the optimal set and cost of services

The following methods were used in the research process:

  1. Desk research on the internet
  2. "Mystery shopper" for competitor analysis
  3. Quantitative surveys to ascertain the target audience's opinion, namely street surveys and online surveys via social networks

As a result of the research, conclusions and recommendations were provided regarding the prospects of this project, specifically concerning:

  • Location
  • Pricing
  • Facility infrastructure with a list of desired attractions
  • Pricing policy and key positioning points of the facility
