Client: OSCE

The Ukrainian representative office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe turned to MCG to study the market of local providers in 32 settlements of Ukraine.

Objectives of the research

  • Select providers in 32 settlements that meet the customer's technical requirements.
  • Perform an analysis of the cost of services, maintenance and support.
  • Prepare recommendations for the selection of providers.

It was important for the customer to find suitable providers in the settlements where the OSCE missions operate.

To solve the problems, a complex research strategy was used, which included the analysis of open sources, consultations with the customer's technical specialists and the "mystery shopper" method.

As a result of the conducted research, the customer received a systematized report on each of the 32 settlements, which will allow choosing the optimal suppliers.
