Development of a marketing strategy

Client: Home studio by Hachaeva

The head of the company asked to structure the brand and create a development strategy for it.

This consulting task was carried out with the consulting support of the European Union and the German government, which was provided within the framework of the project "Use and implementation of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Ukraine in the field of trade" and the program "EU4Business: Competitiveness and Internationalization of SMEs" (small and medium-sized business).

After a series of meetings, we clarified the portrait of the business and proposed the formulation of the vision, mission, positioning and key values of the company, on the basis of which a strong brand will be confidently built.

Based on the experience of the owner, we developed a series of portraits of representatives of target audiences with specific recommendations for products and services and demonstrated promising approaches to their promotion. Our consultants adapted to the Ukrainian market the best solutions from those offered by world science and practice for similar cases, but focused on the fact that these solutions fit into the vision of the business by its inspiration and leader.

Our recommendations were summarized in a strategy that included the following points:
