Development of a marketing strategy

Client: ULTRA IT

ULTRA IT creates flexible software for HoReCa, wholesale retail.

Despite considerable work experience and high quality products, the period between the pandemic and the war became a new test for the company.

Therefore, the management of the company turned to us for the development of a development strategy on the Ukrainian market, which would allow us to enter the markets of European countries in the future.

This consulting task was carried out with the consulting support of the European Union and the German government, which was provided within the framework of the project "Use and implementation of the Association Agreement between the European Union and Ukraine in the field of trade" and the program "EU4Business: Competitiveness and Internationalization of SMEs" (small and medium-sized business).

Our consultants held a series of meetings with the management of ULTRA IT, during which they gathered information about the features of the company's products and services, the main target audiences and the structure of the niche.

Under our mentorship, ULTRA IT employees mastered some methods of collecting and analyzing data about competitors and expanding the reach of the target audience. In addition, together with the customer's representatives, we carried out a strategic redefinition of key brand parameters and ways of their manifestation (in particular, vision, values, positioning of the company, fundamental aspects of working with clients).

As a result, the customer received advice on expanding the company's communication so that not only current but also potential consumers learn about the high quality and wide functionality of the ULTRA IT product.

The final content of the strategy included the following points:

  • Positioning.
  • Trends.
  • Portraits of the target audience.
  • Competitive environment.
  • Recommendations for entering the markets of other countries.
  • Communication strategy.
