Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is designed in accordance with the requirements of the law about protection of personal data, namely: Constitution of Ukraine, Law of Ukraine "About protection of personal data" № 2297-VI, and in accordance with other laws, Sublegal Normative-and-Legal Acts and international agreements of Ukraine.

It is made in order to implement legal requirements in the field of processing and ensuring the security of personal data and implies mandatory for LLC “Marketing Consulting Group” (hereinafter referred to as the Company) conditions in processing and protection received from You information while You interact with the website https://mcg.net.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

The Policy applies to the personal data processed by the Company due to the offered research and consulting services (hereinafter referred to as the Services) and the Policy can change. All changes will be posted on this page.

Collection and use of the personal data

When using services of the Site by the user, their data processing is performed, namely:

  • data provided by the user while filling out registration forms;
  • cookie files;
  • ip-addresses;
  • parameters and settings of the internet-browsers (User-agent).

The Company collects only those personal data (for example, Your first and second name, e-mail address, contact phone number, etc.), which You have consciously and willingly given as the subject of personal data in order to use services of the Site. That in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, is the consent of the personal data subject to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the purpose of their processing formulated in this Policy.

The company doesn’t collect any information, to the processing of which, the legislation establishes certain requirements, such as information about racial or ethnic origin, political and religious beliefs, worldviews, membership in political and professional unions, criminal punishment for commission of a crime or conviction to criminal punishment, as well as data about health, sexual life, biometric or genetic data (in accordance with Article 7 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”).

The Company collects data about the statistics of visiting the Site. The information may include data about connection, traffic, user's browser, as well as the date, time, duration of the work on the Internet and visiting on the Site.

Personal data retention period

Personal data is stored for a period not longer than necessary in accordance with the purpose of their processing.

The use of cookie files
